Created in 2015, SedaCare responded to one of the biggest gaps in dental treatment in Portugal, sedation. Using high-tech equipment for continuous intravenous infusion of drugs and permanent monitoring of vital signs, SedaCare is able, through its team of experienced anesthetists and nurses, to induce a degree of sedation that can range from mild to moderate or even deep, according to the dentist’s clinical requirements and the patient’s comfort.

Also benefiting from the sedative effects of drugs, the vast majority of patients do not have any record of the procedure which, in the case of traumatized patients, also ends up helping them overcome their fears and phobias so that, in the future, there will be not necessary for them to be sedated for new treatments.

Whether out of necessity or for comfort, moderate sedation is often the solution sought to ensure the best possible treatment.
